3. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

4. Payment Terms: 50% is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before check in. If your check in is less than 60 days away, the entire reservation amount is due upfront.

5. Cancellations: For cancellations made 60 days or more from check in, you will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation amount minus any payment processing fees.
